摘要
小麦旗叶离体叶片持水力是鉴定品种抗旱性的理想指标之一。该性状属于数量性状遗传,由加性效应和非加性效应共同控制,非等位基因间的互作效应是不容忽视的。不同亲本的一般配合力效应和组合的特殊配合力效应都存在显著差别。进一步研究该性状的遗传机制,探索与其他性状及抗旱性指标的关系,制订科学合理的选择模式,有可能选育出抗旱性能强的优良小麦新类型。本文对不同抗旱性小麦品种的根系活力亦进行了初步研究。
Excised—leaf water retention capability (ELWRC) is one of the ideal indicators for identification of drought resistanceof wheat cultivars.It is a quantitative character and genetically controlled by both additive and nonadditive gene effects.Inthe latter of two kinds of effects,the epistatic interaction shouldn t be ignored.There are significant differences in both gen-eral combining,ability effects of different parents and specific combining ability effects of different combinations.It is possi-ble to breed new desirable drought—resistant types of wheat if we study further the genetic mechanism of ELWRC,probe therelation of it to other characters and drought—resistant indicators,and work out a scientific and drought—resistant indica-tors,and work out a scientificand reasonable selection model.In this paper,the root system activit of different drought—re-sistant cultivars is also preliminary studied.
