摘要
多胚水稻是进行水稻无融合生殖研究的重要材料,通过对3个多胚水稻品系的去颖壳种子进行萌发试验,发现用适宜浓度的Zn^(2+)浸种催芽使3个品系的双苗率普遍提高,其中以1×10^(-5)M浓度最为明显,使双-3的双苗率由30.9%提高到41.8%,其他2个品系也有较大的提高。
Polyembryonic rice is an important material for apomixis research in rice.The experiment of germination was conductedwith three polyembryonic rice varieties with glume shell.The results shown that the rates of twin seedlings of three polyemhryonicrice varieties were generally increased with Zn^(2+) in germination.The optimum concentration of Zn^(2+) is 1×10^(-5) M.at thisconcentration,the rate of twin seedlings of shuang—3 was increased from 30. 9% to 41.8%,it was also found in other vari-eties.
