摘要
检察机关执法公信力是社会公众对检察机关执法办案的信服度和对其公正性、法律权威性的评价。执法公信力的高低受内、外部多种因素的影响,应从执法理念、执法能力、执法运行机制和执法环境等方面入手,多措并举,以提升检察机关的执法公信力。
The law enforcement credibility of procuratorial organs is the public convincing degree to their law enforcement in handling cases and evaluation on their justice and legal authority.Law enforcement credibility is influenced by internal and external factors.We should take measures to improve the law enforcement credibility of procuratorial organs through philosophy,capacity,operating mechanism,and environment of law enforcement.
