摘要
微丸是一种应用广泛的多单元分散剂型,具有生物利用度高、释药稳定、易制成缓控释制剂和流动性好等优点,近年来其制备工艺也得到迅速的发展。介绍挤出滚圆法、热熔挤出法、球形结聚法、冷凝制粒法和冻干制粒法这5种微丸制备技术的原理、影响因素、工艺设备和应用进展。
Pellets are the multi-unit dosage forms,which have been widely used in pharmaceutical field.They possess various advantages,such as high bioavailability,stable drug release rate and good fluidity.Moreover,it is feasible to develop sustained and controlled release preparations with pellets.Recently,the preparation methods for pellets have been rapidly developed.The extrusion spheronization,hot melt extrusion,spherical agglomerate,freeze pelletization and cryopelletization were introduced in this article,from the aspects of preparation principles,influence factors,manufacture devices and progress of the applications.
