摘要
目的探讨B超引导侧卧位经皮肾镜超声碎石术治疗肾铸型结石的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析38例应用B超引导侧卧位经皮肾镜超声碎石术进行腔内治疗的肾铸型结石患者的临床资料。结果38例中Ⅰ期成功碎石取石35例，Ⅰ期清石率为92．1％；Ⅱ期碎石3例。并发症1例，术后出血严重经保守治疗效果欠佳介入治疗行超选择性肾动脉介入栓塞治愈1例。结论B超引导侧卧位经皮肾镜超声碎石术治疗肾铸型结石是一种安全实用、高效的方法，值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lateral decubitus pereutaneous nephrulithotrips ultrasonic lithotripsy under B-type ultrasound guidance on kidney cast calculi. Meth- ods The clinical data of 38 cases of kidney cast calculi who received treatment of lateral decubitus pereutaneous nephrulithotrips ultrasonic lithotripsy under B-type ultrasound guidance were analyzed retro- spectively. Results Immediate phase I lithotrotrisy was performed successfully in 35 cases and the suc- cessful rate of phase I was 92. 1% ; Delayed phase II lithotripsy was performed in 3 patients. Complica- tions happened in one case, with severe bleeding and conservative treatment was ineffective, cured by the intervention of super-selective renal artery embolization. Conclusions Lateral decubitus pereutaneous nephrulithotrips ultrasonic lithotripsy under B-type ultrasound guidance in treatment of kidney cast calculi is a safe, practical and efficient method, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
