硝酸甘油对脓毒血症微循环的影响

The Effect of Nitroglycerin on the Microcirculation in Sepsis

摘要 脓毒血症时存在严重微循环障碍,目前临床仍用容量复苏联合血管活性药物等集束化治疗措施纠正血流动力学障碍,但由于血流分布不均仍会引起氧输送、氧供需失衡。近年来研究表明:硝酸甘油可降低脓毒血症时器官低灌注发生率,且可改善微循环血流量和氧供。本文就硝酸甘油对脓毒血症微循环的影响及可能的机制作一概述。 Microcirculatory dysfunction is a critical element of severe sepsis and septic shock. At present,it is still using adequate fluid resuscitation and vasoactive drug to correct hemodynamic failure,but misdistribution of blood flow may cause an imbalance between oxygen delivery and demand, many clinical and experimental research shows that based on the suffi- cient fluid resuscitation,nitroglycerin administered can increase the blood flow and oxygen delivery during sepsis. This re- view was written to give an outline about the effect of nitroglycerin on the microcirculation in sepsis and the possible mechanism.
