摘要
分析巴曲酶治疗平坦型突发性耳聋联合应用甲泼尼龙的疗效。巴曲酶+激素组,共38例,平均听阈75.1dB。巴曲酶组,共16例,平均听阈74.7dB。两组治疗前后平均听阈差无统计学差异(t=0.063,P>0.05)。提示联合应用甲泼尼龙(24mg,5天)对巴曲酶治疗平坦型突发性耳聋不能降低患者治疗后听阈。
To analysis the clinical effect of batroxobin combine with methylprednisolone to treat sudden deafness with flat audiogram. The cases were divided into two groups by their condition and will, Group A： Batroxobin＋ oral group, 38 cases, the average of pretherapy auditory threshold was 75. ldB. Group B： Batroxobin group, 16 cases, the average of pre- therapy auditory threshold was 74.7dB. The difference of the decrease was also considered no significant（t= 0. 063, P〉 0.05 ）. Associated with methylprednisolone（24mg, 5 days） to treatment sudden hearing loss with flat audiogram with batr- oxobin could not decrease the auditory threshold.
