摘要
本文简述了医院图书馆实行学科馆员制度的意义和可行性,并从学科文献信息资源建设、信息推送服务、课题定题服务、读者培训工作、建立学科导航、特色数据库建设等方面论述了医院图书馆学科馆员创新服务的内容及措施,并分析了现阶段实施此项服务存在的问题。认为医院图书馆实行学科馆员制度能更好地为医院医疗、教学、科研提供信息服务。
This article briefly analyses the significance and feasibility of implementing the subject librarian system in hospital library.The contents and measures of subject librarian innovative service in hospital library,and as well as the issues in the current phase of providing this service were discussed from the perspectives of the construction of subject archives and information database,information push services,selective dissemination of information service,reader training,subject navigation construction,and unique database construction.In conclusion,implementing the subject librarian system can better provide the information services in hospital medical treatment,teaching,and scientific research.
