人血管内皮生长因子研究进展 被引量：18

摘要 血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF）为血管内皮细胞特异性肝素结合生长因子,在体内外均可诱导新生血管形成。人VEGF蛋白于1989年分别由美国两个生物科技公司的科学家成功纯化与鉴定,并且其基因序列被成功克隆及测定。
