每搏量变异对顽固性感染性休克患者容量反应性的评估价值 被引量:8

摘要 重症监护室(ICU)中严重感染患者及顽固性感染性休克患者通常应用液体复苏疗法改善血容量状态,目的在于提高左心室的每搏量,从而提升心输出量;但是用量不当的液体复苏治疗反而会引起严重后果。临床研究显示,ICU患者对于复苏无反应的患者比例约达50%〔1〕。因而。
