摘要
目的了解脑卒中恢复期常见的心理问题,并观察心理护理干预对脑卒中恢复的影响。方法选择2011年1月-2012年3月收治的脑卒中患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组除采用常规护理方法外,并给予心理干预,并分别对两组采用MCMQ和SCL-90进行评分,患者入院第2天和第2个月各评定一次。结果 MCMQ评分,观察组第2个月末面对评分较对照组有明显升高,回避和屈服评分低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SCL-90评分,观察组第2个月末总评分和各分项评分均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中恢复期患者实施心理护理干预可缓解患者的恐惧、焦虑、抑郁情绪,具有一定的临床价值。
Objective To understand the common psychological problems at restoration stage in patients with stoke, and observe the effect of psychological nursing intervention on rehabilitation of stroke. Methods Sixty patients with stoke from 2011.1 to 2012.3 were enrolled in this study and were randomly divided into observer group and control group（30 cases each group）. The control group received the conventional care, while the observer group received both the conventional care and psychological interventions. MCMQ and SCL-90 were conducted to evaluate the effect on the 2nd day and the 2nd month later. Results By MCMQ, the score of active coping at the end of the 2nd month in the observer group elevated markedly than the control group. But the score of avoidance coping surrender coping were lower than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. By SCL-90,the total scores and the scores of different index at the end of the 2rid month in the observer group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention for patients with stoke at restoration stage can relieve their fear, anxiety and depression, and its applicative value is certain.
