子宫内膜异位症与血管内皮功能损伤的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨子宫内膜异位症患者血浆不对称二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)和炎症是否与血管内皮功能具有相关性。方法测定了40例子宫内膜异位症患者的血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、IL-6、IL-8、ADMA水平以及肱动脉的血流介导性血管扩张(FMD),并和30例非子宫内膜异位症患者进行比较。结果子宫内膜异位症患者血清中超敏C反应蛋白、IL-6、IL-8、ADMA水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而肱动脉FMD明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。FMD与血清ADMA水平以及hs-CRP水平呈负相关。结论子宫内膜异位症患者的血清ADMA和炎症因子水平增高可能与内皮功能受损相关。 Objective To explore the association between plasma asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) and inflammation and endothelial injury in women with endometriosis. Methods The plasma levels of high sensitive-C reactive protein(hs-CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), ADMA and brachial artery flow-mediated vasodilation (FMD) were measured in 40 patients with endometriosis and 30 women without endometriosis. The results were compared between the two groups. Results Plasma levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, IL-8, ADMA were significantly higher in women with endometriosis than those without endometriosis ( P 〈 0.05 ). FMD was significantly lower in women with endometriosis ( P 〈 0.05 ). FMD was negatively correlated with plasma levels of ADMA and hs-CRP. Conclusion The increased plasma ADMA levels and enhanced inflammatory factors are associated with impaired endothelial function in women with endometriosis.
