摘要
区域信息共享是当前医疗行业发展的新趋势,是医院电子病历系统评级达到六、七级水平的必由之路。通过分析门急诊电子病历系统区域内集成与共享应用的基本实现过程,研究医院内部以电子病历为核心的集成模式、医院与公共卫生机构的数据集成模式以及医院问数据交换方式中存在的技术难点。探索出一种能够快速、高效地实现医院数据低成本(时间、人力、资金投入)集成的方案,该方案中确立了适度采用基于ESB的集成模式、符合CDA Level One标准的XML文档以及具有WebService、数据视图等方式的数据接口。有效解决了门急诊区域电子病历数据信息共享过程中的核心问题,并为北京市区域医疗数据共享的成功建立注入新鲜血液。
Regional information sharing is the new trend of current medical industry development and is the inevitable course in ranking Level 6 and 7 in hospital electronic medical record assessment. Through analyzing the basic implementation process of regional integration and sharing of outpatient electronic medical record, it studied the integration mode of hospital with electronic medical record as core, the data integration mode of hospital and public health institution, and the technical difficulties in data exchange of hospitals. It explored a plan that can quickly and effectively realized low-cost （time, human and fund investment） integration of hospital data. The plan adopted the integration mode based-on ESB, XML document meeting CDA Level One standards and data interface with WebService and data view. It effectively solved the core problem in regional electronic medical record information sharing, and injected new blood to the regional medical data sharing of Beijing.
