摘要
针对目前临床教学中普遍存在的应用面窄、方式单一、实践缺乏动态跟进性等问题,提出并实现了一个基于无线网络设备将医院HIS系统数据应用于临床教学系统,实现医嘱、护理信息的全程跟踪与交互的移动教学查房系统。利用无线设备的优势,将教学网络向医院信息网络拓展,对某一专业、某一病种通过与医院HIS系统的对接,跟踪医嘱的全生命周期,护理的全记录信息,使教员与学生在任何时候、任何地点都能够访问所需临床教学信息。使教学活动走出校园、走进临床,学生可以与课本同步走向实践,实现教学效果和实践水平的双提升。
The system solve the problem of the application, manner singularity and dynamic practice. Based on Wireless network equipment the data of hospital HIS system can used in the clinical teaching system in order to implement the whole tracing and interaction of the doctor＇ s advice and nurse information.The clinical teaching system composed of the internal local area network and the Server used of the mobile tenninal equipment （e.g. PDA） expand the clinical teaching network to hospital information system. The system will achieved that the teacher and students get the clinical teaching information from hospital HIS system any time and any place. The specialized subject and disease joined with the hospital HIS information could trace the doctor＇ s advice and nurse infornaation. Achieved the exaltation of teaching and learning.
