摘要
利用2003-2010年省际面板数据,研究国内R&D和国际技术溢出对我国就业的影响。结果表明:自主创新对总就业具有创造作用,引进技术偏向高人力资本,增加我国的高人力资本溢价。我国对外直接投资技术获取动力不足,教育的普及和教育经费的合理投入可以促进我国就业并且使收入分配趋向均等化。
Using the provincial panel data from 2003 to 2010, this paper studies on the influence of Domestic R&D and International technology spillover on employment in China. The result shows that: independent innovation benefits job creation, imported technology spillovers tend to be more skill-biased, and thus increase the high human capital premium in China. Technology sourcing OFDI is underpowered, universal education and reasonable investment in education can promote employment and equal distribution of incomes.
