摘要
制硫余热锅炉是硫磺回收装置中的重要设备之一,锅炉中上升管与汽包、锅体连接结构的设计计算是整个锅炉设计中最重要的内容。利用ANSYS对上升管与汽包、锅体连接结构进行了有限元分析设计,得到了应力云图,绘制了应力线性化图表,对应力进行了强度评定。依据分析结果,去除了汽包与锅体之间的鞍座结构以及上升管与汽包、锅体连接处的补强圈,优化了设计方案,使制硫余热锅炉的结构更加安全、合理。
The waste heat boiler recycling sulfur is a crucial device in the sulfur recovery unit. The finite element analysis and design calculation of the ascension pipe local structure is the most important content of the boiler design. The ANSYS finite-element method was used to analyze the ascension pipe local structure, and the stress distribution map was obtained, charts of the stress linearization were made and the stress intensity was assessed. Based on analysis results, the saddle structure between the boiler body and the steam drum was removed, and reinforcing ring structure of the ascension pipe was deleted. The structure design was optimized. The structure of the waste heat boiler recycling sulfur is more safe and reasonable.
