摘要
在蒸压条件下对废弃水泥基材料的再生进行了研究.测试了再生废弃水泥基材料的密度、强度、吸水率等随水泥掺量的变化.结果表明:随着水泥掺量的增加,废弃水泥净浆、废弃水泥胶砂的强度及密度不断增大,吸水率减少;废弃混凝土的强度增大,密度无显著变化,吸水率在水泥掺量为15%~20%时达到最小值后回升.
The regeneration of waster of cement-based materials was studied under autoclave conditions. The variation of properties of recycled cement-based materials, suchlas density, strength and water absorption, with cement content was tested. The results showed that for waste cement hardened paste and waste cement mortar, the density and the strength increased with increased cement content, the water absorption reduced with increased cement content; and for waste concrete, the strength increased with increased cement content, the increase of its density was not obviously changed, the minimum water absorption reached when the cement content ratio was 15% to 20%, with cement content of more than 20%, it increased.
