摘要
目的探讨精神分裂症患者病耻感程度及相关因素。方法采用一般情况调查表和精神疾病病耻感量表（ISMI）评估191例精神分裂症患者的病耻感水平，分析病耻感发生率与其影响因素。结果本研究中，135例患者出现病耻感（70．68％），其中20．41％为中重度病耻感者。在五个维度中，患者对抗病耻感比例最高（79．06％），歧视经历体验比例最低（42．41％）；患者学历、工作状况、家庭经济状况、病程、发病情况、住院次数是精神分裂症患者病耻感高危因素，而性别、年龄、婚姻状况与其无相关性。结论精神分裂症患者普遍存在病耻感，医护人员应高度重视这个问题，帮助患者提高应对病耻感的能力，改善其生活质量。
Objective To explore the related factors of stigma in people with schizophrenia. Methds The level of stigma in 191 patients with schizophrenia was evaluated using the general situation questionnaire and stigma scale for mental illness （ISMI）. The stigma incidence rate and its influencing factors were analyzed. Results In this study, 135 patients with stigma （70.68%） were included and 20.41% of them with severe stigma. In five dimensions, 79.06% of patients with disease resistance of shame, 42. 41% showed discrimination experiences. Their level of education, work status, family economic status, course of disease, morbidity, hospitalization were the risk factors for stigma in people with schizophrenia; But gender, age, marital status showed no correlation. Conclusions The stigma is existed prevalently in patients with schizophrenia. Medical staffs should pay more attention to this problem, and help patients improve the ability of coping with stigma and their quality of life.
