摘要
运用推拿二步十法治疗腰椎间盘突出症230例。最短1个疗程,最长5个疗程。随访结果,痊愈171例,占74.3％;好转38例,占16.5％;无效21例,占9.2％。总有效率为90.8％。认为该法是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法,其治疗机理是建立在祖国医学卫气营血、脏腑经络学说的基础上的。观察结果还表明,该法对病程短者,疗效显著;病程长者,疗效较差;对于中心性突出者,疗效不理想。
We treated 230 cases of protrusion of lumbar intervertebradscby massage which consisted of two steps and ten maneuvers. Courses of treatment ranged from one to five. The results of the fllowup showed healing in 171 cases(74.3%) improvement in 38 cases (16.5％):insfficacy in 2l cases (9.2％). The total effective rate was 90.8％. The massage is based on the visceral meridian theory and the principles of defense, Vital energy, nutrient and blood of TCM, and con- sidered as an effective therapy for protrusion of luinbar intervertebral disc. The observed results suggested that marked curative effects could be obtained: by this method in the cases with short ceurses of disease, fair effects in those with long cources of cisecse and unsatisfactory effects and even exacerbation tendency in those with the central protrusion.
