摘要
山地户外运动发展与生态环境保护之间的冲突历史悠久。通过研究不同文明时期人与生态环境的关系,发现山地户外运动与生态环境保护之间存在现实的矛盾。这种矛盾的表现是多样的,既有思想观念上的原因,也有制度层面的原因。这些问题的解决要求树立山地户外运动与生态环境保护协同发展观以及健全有关山地户外运动法律制度。
The conflicts between mountain outdoor sports and ecological environments nave long existed.The relationship between the human beings and the ecological environments in different periods of time shows that there are ideological and system-related reasons for the conflicts. Legislation with regard to mountain outdoor sports should be established.
