摘要
应用钩拉复位固定器治疗胫骨平台骨折。根据力学原理,利用机械产生的纵向拉力和横向挤压力,作用于骨折块上,完成骨折的复位和固定。经30例临床观察,效果满意,骨折复位优良率达93.33％;随访关节功能恢复优良率达93.75％。结果表明该器械设计科学,结构合理,疗效高,后遗症少。而且操作简便,适应症广。除骨折块向后移位者外,可用于各种类型的平台骨折,还可用于股骨髁间骨折。
We treated 30 cases of tibial plateau fractures by uncitensioning reductor-fixator with good results. With the help of the longitudinal tension andtiansversal compresslon acting on the fractured bones, the apparatus, made on the basis of mechanical principfes, raduces them satisfactorily and fixes them firmly. The climcal observation showed that the excellent and good rate of reduction was 93.33%; the follow-up showed that the excellent and good rate of the funtion was 93.75%. Designed scientifically, the apparatus has rational structure, simplicity in operation, satisfactory result, fewer complications and more indications. It is suitable for various tibial plateau fractures but the fragments displaced posteriorly, and for femoral intercondylar fractures.
