摘要
在海洋石油开发工程实践中,为节约成本,缩短投产时间,需要利用原有的具有开采价值的勘探井。为了在施工过程中保证导管架的准确就位及保护原有井口,需要设计井口回接导向结构。针对国外某项目的具体情况,提出了一种利于井口保护、便于导管架安装的新型井口回接结构。详细说明了导向结构的各组成部分及整个安装过程的关键步骤。介绍了导管架与导向桩最大容许碰撞速度的确定方法,以及在碰撞载荷作用下结构强度的计算,为类似海洋工程结构设计提供参考。
In offshore oil and gas development project, the original exploring well is usually utilized for drilling purpose to save the cost and make the production ahead of time. Well tie-back guides should be designed to ensure the accurate positioning of the jacket and the protection of the origi-nal well simultaneously. This paper introduces one type of guides which can provide good protec-tion for the well and facilitate the installation of the jacket. The components of the structure are illustrated and the procedure of the installation is dealt with in detail. In addition, the determina- tion method of the maximum allowable impacting velocity of the jacket to the guides is explained and the structure has been checked to resist the impact from the jacket. This method can he re-ferred to in the future similar project.
