摘要
对反映气制动ABS调节器性能的静态参数和动态参数进行分析,提出以码密度进行静态参数测试,和基于xPC实时内核技术的动态数据采集系统的设计方案。针对测试系统实现的关键技术进行了研究,主要包括测试软件界面设计及参数设置、通信接口模块设计、产品合格判断子程序设计、数据实时保存与显示系统软件设计等。通过长期测试试验表明,系统采样频率可达1 kHz,完全满足行业标准要求,从而证明系统开发的有效性和可靠性。
According to the analyzing the static and dynamic parameters reflecting the performance of the pneumatic braking ABS regulator,the static parameter tested by the code density is proposed,and the data acquisition of dynamic parameter is designed based on the xPC real-time kernel.Then the key techniques are studied, which mainly includes the design of interface for the test software and the setting parameters,and the design of communication interface unit,the design of subroutine to determine qualified products,the design of system software that is used to save and display real-timely the collecting data.Long term test experiment indicates that the sample frequency of this test system is up to 1 kHz,and fully meets the requirements of industry standard, so the validity and reliability of the system are proved.
