摘要
美国当代妇女作家厄休拉·勒奎恩深受中国的道家思想影响,她以科幻文学为载体,将道家思想的元素融入到文学创作中,成为少数以科幻文学体裁跻身于美国经典文学殿堂的女作家。其代表作之一《一无所有》在宇宙观、社会观及人物刻画方面明显地表现了道家思想的印记。伴着远古的异国情调,小说展示给读者两种截然不同的文明,也带给读者对人类如何在当今多元文化时代实现多元共赢、包容共存的思考。
Ursula K. Le Guin, the contemporary American woman writer is profoundly influenced by Chinese Taoism and integrates into her creation by using science fiction as the carrier, thus becoming one of the few women writers among Amer- ican classical literature circle. The author of this article keeps contact with her and makes a detailed study of her as well as one of her masterpieces The Dispossessed. Based on this, the paper shows the perspectives of cosmology, sociology and characterization of the novel are obviously marked by Taoism. With the flavor of far-east Taoist ideas, the novel offers two quite distinct civilizations and also the reflection on how humans achieve muhi-cuhural profits and tolerant coexistence in modem multi-cultural times.
