抗癌方对裸鼠移植性人肝癌细胞形态学及P21^(Waf1/Cip1)蛋白表达的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了探索中药抗癌方的疗效机理 ,采用裸鼠移植性人肝癌细胞 ,分中药组 ( TCM)、环磷酰胺 ( CTX)组和空模组对照治疗试验 .结果发现 :中药组中癌细胞的形态改变以凋亡为主 ,而 CTX组中癌细胞的形态改变主要为坏死 .在可疑凋亡细胞处 ,光镜常见 P2 1 Waf1/ Cip1表达 .其疗效机理与诱导 Hep G2 凋亡 ,提高 P2 1 Waf1/ Cip1蛋白表达有关 . In order to search the therapeutic effectiveness mechanism of TCM anticancer presription, we used the restraining tumor from growing in tumor bearing nude mice which were divided into 3 groups (TCM group, CTX group and control group ) before therapeutic experiments. The results are below: The morphological changes of the tumor cells in the TCM group are mainly apoptosis but that in the CTX group are necrosis. The expression of P21 Waf1/Cip1 in the apoptosis cells is commonly seen through optical microscope. Maybe the therapeutic effectiveness mechanism is related to inducing HepG 2 apoptosis and improving the expression of P21 Waf1/Cip1 protein.
