摘要
目的:探讨护理干预在声带息肉摘除术患者围术期中的护理效果。方法:80例患者采用随机数字的方法分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组患者围术期实施传统的护理方法,观察组患者在围术期实施护理干预。结果:术前1h两组患者HAMD-17和HAMA-14评分较入院时均显著降低(P<0.05),但是观察组下降更显著(P<0.01);观察组患者术后住院时间短于对照组,并且健康教育知识知晓率和护理工作满意度也高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:声带息肉摘除术患者围术期中采用护理干预措施,有助于患者认识和了解手术的疗效,从而减轻患者的心理负担,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective： To explore the nursing intervention for patients with the resection of vocal cord polyp.Method： 80 cases of patients using a random number method were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group,the control group patients in perioperative period nursing of traditional methods,the observation group patients in perioperative nursing intervention.Result： The HAMD-17 and HAMA-14 scores at admission were significantly reduced（P0.05） one hour before operation,but the observation group decreased more obviously（P 0.01）;observation group of patients with postoperative hospital stay is shorter than the control group,and health education knowledge rate and nursing job satisfaction is also higher than that of the control group,there is statistical significance difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Nursing intervention for resection of vocal fold polyp,help patients to recognize and understand the operation,so as to reduce patients＇ psychological burden,improve the clinical effect.
