脑卒中后癫痫36例临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨分析36例脑卒中后癫痫发作患者的临床疗效及对神经功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2008年2月至2011年10月于我院住院治疗的脑卒中后癫痫发作患者36例,为观察组,选取同期于我院住院治疗的脑卒中后未发作癫痫患者36例,为对照组,将两组患者临床疗效及对神经功能恢复情况进行统计学分析。结果:经治疗,观察组治疗后神经功能缺损轻度14例,中度13例,重度9例,对照组轻度21例,中度10例,重度5例,两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损情况经统计学分析,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组显效19例,进步8例,无变化7例,恶化2例,死亡0例,显效率52.78%,对照组显效25例,进步9例,无变化1例,恶化1例,死亡0例,显效率69.44%。两组患者治疗显效率经统计学分析,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:脑卒中后癫痫患者临床治疗效果及神经功能恢复情况较单纯脑卒中患者差,应及时给与抗癫痫治疗,提高患者临床预后。 Objective: To analyze the clinical effects of 36 patients with epilepsy after stroke and the influence on the recovery of nerve functions.Method: Choosing 36 patients with epilepsy after stroke treated in our hospital from Feb.2008 to Oct.2011 as the control group,and selecting 36 cases without epilepsy after stroke of the same corresponding period.The clinical effects and the effect on the recovery of nerve functions of the 2 groups were analyzed statistically.Result:After treatment,according to the neurologic impairment condition,the patients of the 2 groups were divided into 3 grades.In the observation group,there were 14 cases of mild,13 cases of moderate and 9 cases of severe.As for the control group,there were 21 mild cases,10 moderate cases,and 4 severe cases.The neurologic impairment condition of the 2 groups before and after treatment were analyzed statistically,P0.05,which has statistical significance.In the observation group,19 cases were markedly effective,8 patients with improvement,7 patients with no response,2 cases with deterioration and 5 dead patients,the total rate of effects was 52.78%.As for the control group,25 markedly effective cases,3 improved cases,one ineffective case,1 serious case and 0 dead case,the total rate of effects was 69.44%.There was significant difference in total rate of effects between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effects and the recovery condition of nerve functions of patients with epilepsy after stroke are worse than patients of single stroke.The antiepileptic treatment should be applied promptly to improve the clinical prognosis of patients.
