Objective: To observe the clinical efficiency of surgical treatment of the breast cancer.Method: Choosing 39 cases with breast cancer treated with surgical operation in our hospital from March 2005 to October 2007 as the observation group. And selecting 25 cases with breast cancer receiving the conservative treatment the same period as the control group. The efficiency of 2 groups and the 1-,3-,5-year survival rates were analyzed statistically.Result: The admission stay of the observation group was 9-126 days, and average hospital stay was 32.6 days. The admission stay of the control group was 65-164 days, and average hospital stay was 78.5 days.Among the patients of the 2 groups with followed up period of 1-5 years, the 1-,3-,5-year survival rates of the observation group were 97.44%,84.62% and 76.92%.And 12 cases were dead within 5 years. As for the control group, the 1-,3-,5-year survival rates were 92.00%,60.00% and 52.00%.And 12 cases were dead within 5 years. After statistical analysis on the 1-,3-,5-year survival rates between the 2 groups, there was no significant difference on the 1 year survival rate(P0.05),while the 3-,5-year survival rate had significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion: Enhancing the understanding of breast cancer and early breast conserving surgery and analysis of packet breast surgery pros and cons, improving the awareness of the treatment of breast cancer, choosing the right treatment, and ensuring early diagnosis and early treatment can reduce breast cancer fatality rate.
