摘要
应用美国BECKMAN 12 1MB型全自动氨基酸分析仪对三线闭壳龟肌肉中的氨基酸种类及含量进行了分析。三线闭壳龟肌肉中能检出的氨基酸有 17种 ,每种氨基酸的含量如下 :天门冬氨酸 6 90 5mg/ 10 0g ,苏氨酸 32 40mg/ 10 0 g ,丝氨酸 2 92 9mg/ 10 0 g ,谷氨酸 12 740mg/ 10 0g,脯氨酸 2 6 85mg/ 10 0g,甘氨酸 2 95 3mg/ 10 0 g,丙氨酸 34 83mg/ 10 0g ,胱氨酸 80 4mg/ 10 0 g ,缬氨酸 35 34mg/ 10 0 g ,蛋氨酸 16 76mg/ 10 0 g ,异亮氨酸 312 3mg/ 10 0g ,亮氨酸 6 2 13mg/ 10 0 g ,酪氨酸 2 910mg/ 10 0 g ,苯丙氨酸 32 43mg/ 10 0g ,赖氨酸 6 190mg/ 10 0g ,组氨酸 4130mg/ 10 0 g ,精氨酸 42 94mg/ 10 0g。结果显示 ,三线闭壳龟的必需氨基酸含量较高 。
