紧密连接蛋白claudin-4的研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 Claudin-4是构成细胞间紧密连接的重要蛋白分子,在维持细胞极性和紧密连接屏障功能方面起着重要作用。近年来的研究发现,PKC等信号分子参与了claudin-4表达的调节,而claudin-4的异常表达与恶性肿瘤及多种疾病的发生和发展有着密切关系。本文对claudin-4分子结构的研究进展及其在多种疾病发生和发展中作用进行综述。
