摘要
目的:探讨中药注射剂双黄连所致不良反应的一般规律和特点,促进临床合理用药,降低药品不良反应发生率。方法:对2011年我省155例使用双黄连注射剂ADR的报告进行汇总分析结果与结论:双黄连注射剂不良反应的发生与多种因素有关;ADR临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害、全身性损害和消化系统损害为主;基层医疗机构用药更应加强监护,积极预防。
Objective： To promote the scientific use of clinical medicine and reduce the probabilities of adverse drug reaction（ADR） by probing into the general laws and characteristics of ADR induced by the traditional Chinese medi- cine of shuanghuanglian injection. Methods：The reports of 155 cases of shuanghuanglian injection-induced ADR were sys- tematically analyzed in 2011. Results and Conclusion： The ADRs induced by shuanghuanglian injection were usually caused by many factors, and its clinical manifestations were mainly the lesions of skin and its appendants, general disorder and digestive system malfunction. The supervision and administration should be strengthened in the use of medicine by tbe basic medical institutions.
