摘要
我国自实施幼儿园教师资格制度以来,幼儿园教师专业发展取得了一定成效,但由于对我国学前教育的特殊性的研究深度不够,幼儿园教师资格制度的实施存在着种种问题。他山之石可以攻玉,通过对台湾幼儿园教师资格制度的研究,针对目前我国幼儿园教师资格制度的相关问题提出了一些改善建议。
Since the implementation of kindergarten teachers qualification system in our country, the kin- dergarten teacher professional development has made great progress. But because of not enough deep research of China~ preschool education, there exist problems in the implementation of the kindergarten teacher certifica- tion system. Researching the Taiwan tions according to the situation in our kindergarten teachers the paper puts forward some improvement sugges- kindergarten teachers'qualification system.
