摘要
优化城市交通结构是解决城市交通供需矛盾、实现城市交通可持续发展的有效方法。城市交通结构与土地利用之间相互影响和制约,优化城市交通结构离不开土地利用。分析两者之间的互动关系,得出基于土地利用的城市交通结构的优化方法即发展TOD模式,并对TOD模式在我国发展的机遇与挑战进行分析,提出在我国实施TOD的建议。
The urban traffic structure is an effective method to not only solve the contradiction between supply and demand of urban traffic, but also realize the sustainable development of urban traffic. The urban traffic structure and land use affect and restrict each other, optimizing the urban traffic structure cannot leave the land use. The relationship of the two is analyzed. To develop a TOD mode is the optimization method about urban traffic structure based on the land use. The opportunities and challenges are also analyzed to develop TOD mode in China. Some suggestions are given.
