摘要
目的:探讨中医药治疗接触性皮炎的疗效。方法:120例接触性皮炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组各60例,观察组给予中药方剂消风散加减治疗,对照组给予生理盐水与双氧水清洗+硫酸镁湿敷治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者症状体征评分均显著低于治疗前(P均<0.01),且观察组治疗后症状体征评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:消风散加减治疗接触性皮炎,疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To discuss （CD）. Method： 120 patients with CD the effect of Chinese medicine in randomly divided into two groups （ patients with contact dermatitis n = 60 }. The observation group was given Chinese medicine, and the control group was given saline and hydrogen peroxide cleaning ＋ mag- nesium sulfate wet compress, then controsted the effects between the two groups. Result： The signs and symptoms score in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before { P〈0.01 ）, and the score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment{ P〈0.01 }. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （ P〈0.01 }. Conclusion： Xiaofengsan has a good efficacy, worthy of promotion.
