摘要
在加强和创新社会管理的"党委领导、政府负责、社会协调、公众参与"新格局中,社会协同、公众参与是其创新部分。我国工会组织的性质特征决定了其在创新社会管理中的重要地位和作用。在社会主义市场经济体制下参与社会管理,工会要以构建和谐劳动关系为切入点,同时加大为广大职工群众提供社会服务的力度。调查分析表明,为使工会在创新社会管理中发挥协同作用,工会需要党和政府以及法律政策的更多支持;需要加强自身建设,进一步密切与广大职工群众的联系,强化维权意识和服务意识;需要不仅为广大职工群众参与社会管理创造条件,而且不断培育依法有序的参与意识。
The nature and characteristics of Chinese trade union are the determining factors in its important role of innovating social administration. Under the socialist market economy system, trade unions should put more efforts on social service for workers and staff, and attach the importance on building up harmonious labor relations.
