摘要
研究用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法定量分析甲维盐。设定实验条件为:色谱条件:150mm×6.0mm 5μm粒径的Kromasil C18不锈钢柱;流动相(甲醇-水)体积比为80∶20;流速为1.0mL/min;紫外检测器波长为254nm。结果表明,在2.0~12μg进样范围内,进样质量和峰高呈线性关系,相关系数R为0.997。
To study a method of quantitative analysis for avermectin residue in emamectin benzoate by HPLC.Conditions were as follows:column(150 mm×6.0 mm) stainless steel packed with Kromasil C18(i.d.5 μm),mobile phase’s volume ratio was 80∶20(methanol∶H2O),flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;wave length of UV detector was 254 nm.The results showed that sample quality and peak high presented linear relationship over the range of 2.0~12 μg,and the correlation coefficient was 0.997.
