摘要
根据内蒙古公路交通建设现状和特点,阐述了国库集中支付制度对我区公路交通建设的影响,并分析了产生影响的原因,提出适应公路建设发展的国库集中支付制度的改革思路。
According to the present situation and characteristic of highway transportation construction in Inner Mongolia, this paper stated the effect of treasury centralized payment system on our region＇s highway transportation construction and analyzed the reasons, put forward reform idea of treasury centralized payment system that adapted to road construction and development.
