通过典型事例,生动形象地介绍了山东省星火科技"12396"综合信息服务平台的"12396"信息服务热线、远程视频诊断、手机短信、智能专家系统的主要功能,对农业信息化的普及推广具有重要推动作用。
In this article through the typical example,comprehensive information services platform of Xinghuo science and technology ＂12396＂ in Shandong province was introduced,e.g.,information service hotline,remote video diagnosis,mobile phone short message,intelligence experts functions,which was important for agricultural information popularization.
