摘要 随着气象综合观测体系的发展,原有的气象探测保障体系已不能满足气象探测建设的需求,建设稳定可靠的气象探测环境实景监控系统成为气象探测保障工作重点。该系统以网络视频监控平台技术为基础,将气象数据管理与WebGIS技术相结合,形成省、市、县三级统一的气象观测环境实景监控管理平台。系统借助气象内网,采用B/S结构设计,包括台站地理信息中心、基础信息维护、视频监控管理中心、系统管理四个模块,实现了台站信息管理、实时视频采集、存储、视频数据与气象数据叠加显示等功能,现场测试结果表明系统操作方便、稳定性好。 With the development of meteorological observation system, the original meteorological security system cannot satisfy the needs of the construction of meteorological detecting system. The stable and reliable real monitoring system of meteorological observation environment has become more important. Base on network video monitoring platform technology, combining the meteorological data management and GIS technology, an unified meteorological observation environment real monitoring management platform for province, city, county were developed. The system was designed using Browser/System structure and worked in meteorological intranet, which included four modules, stations geographic information center, basic information maintaining, video monitoring management center, system management and achieved the function of station information management, data storage, real video gathering, overlay display of video and meteorological data. The test results showed that the system run stably and operated easily.
