摘要
报告1例瘢痕结节病。患者男,29岁。因左心室间隔缺损修补术后19年,左侧引流管处起小结节2个月就诊。组织病理检查显示表、真皮全层散在分布许多无干酪样坏死的上皮样细胞肉芽肿。符合瘢痕结节病的诊断。
A case of scar sarcoidosis is reported.A29-year-old man presented with a 2-month history of small nddule on an old scar from previous repair operation of left ventricular septal defect 19 years .Histological esamination tevealed epithelioid gnanulomas without cheesy necrosis scatlering over the dernis consistent with sarcoidosis.
