摘要
介绍了异佛尔酮合成工艺的发展历程,重点介绍了丙酮液相缩合法和气-固多相催化缩合法制备异佛尔酮的生产现状及近年来的研究进展,同时对已有和在研的工艺方法进行了分析、比较,指出了各种工艺的优缺点,并展望了国内异佛尔酮生产IPDI的应用前景。
The development process of isophorone was introduced. The present production situation and the latest research progress of preparing isophorone were focused on, including the acetone liquid phase condensation and gas-solid multiphase catalytic condensation. The analysis and comparison were given on the existing and investiga- ting methods. The advantages and disadvantages of each method were pointed out. The application prospect of iso- phorone producing IPDI in domestic market was previewed.
