摘要
本文主要阐述了热毒的定义及成因,以及热毒在IgA肾病发生发展中的作用。热毒是IgA肾病急性发作的重要致病因素,与IgA肾病进展过程中的反复发作密切相关。因此,临床治疗时,应在辨证施治的基础上重视对热毒的防治。
This article discusses the definition and causes of toxic heat, the role of toxic heat in the occurrence and development of IgA nephropathy. Toxic heat is an important causative agent in acute episode of IgA nephropathy, closely related to the repeated attacks in the progression of IgA nephropathy. Therefore, clinical treatment should pay attention to the prevention and treatment of toxic heat, on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment.
