摘要
目的；探讨子宫内膜病理改变与子宫腺肌病的关系。方法：回顾性分析１５４例子宫腺肌病病理及临床表现与子宫内膜病理改变的关系。结果：局限性腺肌病对子宫内膜影响较大，子宫内膜病变与腺肌病的合并症无关，有临床症状的腺肌病患者多有子宫内膜的病变。结论：子宫腺肌病与子宫内膜的病理改变有密切关系，子宫内膜的病理改变是引起子宫腺肌病患者临床症状的相关因素。
Objective: To investigate endometrial pathologic change in uterine adenomyosis. Methods: The relationship between 154 cases pathology and clinical symptoms of uterine adenomyosis and their en- dometrial pathologic change were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Local uterine adonomyosis has move in- fluence on endometrium, it has not relationship between endometrial pathologic change of adenomyosis and its complications. Most of uterine adenomyoeis patients with clinical symtoms complicate endometrial patholog-ic change. Conclusion: There is a close relationship between uterin adenomyosis and endometrial pathologic change, Endometrial pathologic change is a relative factor that induce clinical symptoms of uterine adeno-myosis.
