摘要
目的 :探讨丹参改善高血压及慢性心力衰竭等心血管疾病的药理机制。方法 :用牵张刺激离体培养心肌细胞 ,造成心肌超负荷 ,并通过免疫组织化学方法观察丹参对牵张诱导的心肌细胞NF κB激活的影响。结果 :牵张心肌细胞 1 0小时后 ,NF κB被激活 ;丹参抑制牵张诱导的心肌细胞NF κB的激活。结论 :研究结果提示丹参通过抑制NF κB信号传递系统的激活 ,引起细胞内有关分子表达调控机制改变 。
OBJECTIVE:In order to investigate the effect of Radix salviae miltiorrhizae on improving myocardial dysfunction.METHODS:Immunohistochemical method was applied to observe that Radix salviae miltiorrhizae inhibited the activation of NF κB by stretching cultured cardiac myocytes.RESULTS:The experiment showed that : (1)NF κB was activated by stretching cardiac myocytes in 10 hours; (2) Radix salviae miltiorrhizae inhibited the activation of NF κB by stretching in cardiac myocytes .CONCLUSION:The results support that the blockade of activation of NF κB is a potential access in improving myocardial dysfunction with Radix salviae miltiorrhizae treatment.
