EFFECET OF L CARNITINE ON DIGESTIVE SYSTEM FUNCTION IN EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS

摘要 目的 :用麻醉犬、大鼠、小鼠、豚鼠离体回肠评价L 卡尼汀对胃液、胆汁、胰液分泌、酶活性及胃肠运动功能的作用。方法 :应用胃肠功能及生化药理学试验的方法。结果 :口服L 卡尼汀可刺激麻醉犬胆汁、胰液分泌及胰脂肪酶活性 ,其对胃酸分泌及胃蛋白酶活性的增强作用较DL 卡尼汀明显。口服L 卡尼汀可明显增加麻醉大鼠胃内压 ,稍减慢胃收缩频率 ,显著增强小鼠胃肠推进速度。L 卡尼汀还能显著增加豚鼠离体回肠的收缩振幅 ,稍增加收缩频率。结论 :0 0 83mg·ml- 1 的L 卡尼汀对离体回肠收缩力的作用相当于 0 1 7mg·ml- 1 的DL 卡尼汀剂量所产生的作用 ,L 卡尼汀可以取代DL OBJECTIVE:To study pharmacodynamics of L carnitine on digestive system in animals.METHODS:We applied the experiments in gastrointestinal function and biochemical pharmacology.RESULTS:The different effect of L and DL carnitine on digestive system was studied comparatively in experimental animals.The results showed that both L and DL carnitine ig stimulated secretion of bile,pancreatic juice and activity of pancreatic lipase in anesthetized dogs,but in stimulating secretion of gastric acid and activity of pepsin,L carnitine was stronger than DL carnitine.Ig L and DL carnitine increased inner pressure of stomach in anesthetized rats.L and DL carnitine notably increased rate of gastrointestinal peristalsis in mice.CONCLUSION:The effect of L carnitine 0 083 mg·ml -1 was equal to that of DL carnitine 0.017mg·ml -1 on isolated segments of ileum of guinea pig. DL carnitine can be substituted by L carnitine as gastric and pancreatic stimulant.
