摘要
目的 评价MR相位速度图检测椎动脉血流动力学的价值及其诊断椎动脉狭窄的准确性。材料与方法 测量 3 2例患者的椎动脉直径、流速及最大返流速度并与经颅多普勒超声 (TCD)进行比较 ,通过t检验判断椎动脉狭窄患者与对照组之间有无差异以及 χ2 检验评判MR相位速度图测量椎动脉狭窄的准确性和特异性。结果 MR相位速度图与TCD的检测结果具有一致性 ( χ2 =0 .5 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ;2 0例椎动脉狭窄患者的椎动脉流速、流量及血管直径均低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而返流的百分比显著性增高。结论 MR相位速度图是评价椎动脉血流动力学变化的可靠技术 。
Objective To assess the value of phase contrast MRI in studying the hemodynamics of vertebral artery and the accuracy of phase contrast MRI in diagnosing vertebroarterial stenosis.Materials and Methods The diameter, velocity and the fastest retrograde velocity of vertebral artery in 32 patients were measured with phase contrast MRI, and the results were compared with transcranial doppler (TCD). The difference between patients with vertebroarterial stenosis and controls was determined by t test. The accuracy and specificity for vertebroarterial stenosis with phase contrast MRI were evaluated by χ 2 test.Results The results of phase contrast MRI were in agreement with that of TCD (χ 2=0.5, P> 0.05). The velocity, flow and diameter of all 20 patients were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05), while the percentage of retrograde flow in patients was significantly increased.Conclusion Phase contrast MRI is a reliable technique to evaluate hemodynamics of vertebroarterial flow and to determine vertebroarterial stenosis accurately.
