摘要
目的 探讨宫颈湿疣的临床类型及组织病理学特征与人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)亚型的关系。方法 对 130例宫颈湿疣进行病理形态学观察 ,同时采用PCR技术进行HPV6 /11、HPV16 /18检测。结果 扁平型宫颈湿疣与HPV6 /11感染密切相关 (P <0⒈ 0 1) ,凹空细胞呈轻度异型性。乳头型宫颈湿疣与HPV16 /18密切相关 (P <0 0 1) ,凹空细胞呈重度异型性。结论 宫颈湿疣的临床类型及组织病理学特征与HPV亚型密切相关 ,对HPV16 /18所致的乳头型宫颈湿疣应积极治疗和随访。
Objective To study the relationship between the clinical types and pathological features of cervical condyloma and different human papillomavirus subtypes. Methods Histopathological examinations were performed on 130 cases of biopsies with cervical condyloma and were simultaneously detected for HPV6/11, HPV16/18 DNA by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results Cervical condyloma showing morphologically flat type was correlated with HPV6/11 infection, koilocyte was of indistinct atypia. Cervical condyloma showing morphologically papilla type was correlated with HPV6/11 infection, koilocyte was of distinct atypia. Conclusions The clinical types and histopathological features of cervical condyloma are correlated with human papillomavirus subtypes. Cervical condyloma showing papilla type caused by HPV16/18 infection should be treated and followed up aggressively.
