摘要
本文以肺癌手术后肺组织标本为材料,用RT-PCR为实验方法,初步观察了肺癌病人肺组织中IL-1α、IL-1β、IL-1Ra基因mRNA表达与阴虚证之间的关系。选择21例肺癌病人为对象,分为肺癌无阴虚组和肺癌阴虚组,结果表明肺癌阴虚组肺组织IL-1β基因mRNA表达水平有高于肺癌无阴虚组的趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肺癌阴虚组肺组织IL-1β/IL-Ra基因mRNA表达水平比值高于肺癌无阴虚组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
The relation between IL - 1 a, IL -p, IL - 1 Ra gene mRNA expression and Yin - deficiency syndrome in lung cancer was observed. 21 patients with lung cancer were selected and divided into 2 groups: lung cancer mon - deficiency group, lung cancer Yin - deficiency group. IL - 1a, IL - 1p, IL - 1 Ra mRNA expression were determined in postoperative lung specimen with RT - PCR technique. The research results showed that IL - 1p gene mRNA expression level had a rising trend (P> 0. 05) and IL-1p-IL-1Ra mRNA expression level ratio was increased (P< 0. 05) in the lung cancerYin - deficiency group than in the lung cancer non - deficiency group.
