巴戟天内生真菌多样性分析 被引量:2

Study on biodiversity of endophytic fungi of Morinda officinalis

摘要 对巴戟天内生真菌的多样性进行了初步研究,从巴戟天茎和叶300个组织块中共分离得到内生真菌268株。根据形态学特征,鉴定为12个分类单元。多样性分析表明巴戟天内生真菌的分布具有一定的组织特异性。 The biodiversity of endophytic fungi of Morinda officinalis How was investigated. 268 strains isolated from steam and leaves, and identified to 12 taxa with morphological method. It was also showed that tissue specificity was possible in endophytic distribution on different tissues of M. officinalis.
