我国4城市儿童少年食用西式快餐现况调查 被引量:21

摘要 目的 :了解我国城市儿童少年快餐饮食行为现况 ,为制订健康教育措施提供依据。方法 :采用三阶段分层随机整群抽样的方法 ,从广州、上海、济南和哈尔滨 4城市抽取 3~ 1 6岁的儿童少年 1 0 2 1 6名 ,采用问卷方式调查他们知晓快餐店的情况、食用快餐的比例和频率以及对快餐营养的认识。结果 :90 .0 %的城市儿童少年知道快餐 ,其中 92 .3%的食用过快餐。在食用过快餐的儿童少年中平均每月食用快餐 1~ 3次的占 1 8.8% ,每月食用 4次以上的占 2 .9%。有关快餐的信息主要来自广告、父母和同伴。大多数儿童少年对快餐营养的认识不全面。结论 :我国城市儿童少年食用快餐行为普遍存在 。 Objective: To assess fast food consumption pattern of Chinese children and adolescents and to provide foundation for health education. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Jinan and Harbin in 1999. A total of 10 216 preschoolers and school students were recruited by a stratified multi-stage cluster random sampling method, a questionnaire was used for collecting information on their fast food consumption pattern. Results: Among surveyed Chinese children and adolescents , 90.0% heard of fast food, 92.3% had eaten fast foods, 18.8% eat fast foods 1~3 times and 2.9% did 4 times or more a month. They received the information about fast food mainly from advertisements, their parents and peers. Most of surveyed children and adolescents did not have correct recognition about nutrition of fast food. Conclusion: Eating fast food is a popular event among Chinese urban children and adolescents, effective nutrition education strategies should be developed and launched in order to help them develop healthy eating behaviors.
